Lenteja Pardina

Another of the varieties most deeply rooted in our culture, the first data on its cultivation date back to between 7000-9000 years ago, it is one of the most widespread crops throughout the Mediterranean arc.

The uniqueness of the Spanish Pardina Lentil is the color with small green tones of some of its grains and, unlike the American one, it resists cooking better and its flavor intensity is greater.
