Arckaringa Station is situated on the Painted Desert Road 100 km from Oodnadatta, and 80 km east of Cadney Homestead. It is 1000 km north of Adelaide. It is predominantly gibber tableland country. The Arckaringa Creek traverses the property offering excellent flood out in favourable seasons. It is run as an outstation of Mount Barry.
