Alubia de la Virgen

The Virgin's bean is undoubtedly unique starting with its own name. Also known as Alubia del Pilar or Pilarica, we can also find it under the name Face of the Virgin. It is characterized by being slightly spherical and small in size, with a white color and a brown spot on the seed embryo.
